No. We operate a subscription based licensing model which grants users the rights to use our software for the agreed duration. After expiration, the license will need to be renewed, or a new license purchased.

The specific features of each software that you have the rights to use are based on the specific license purchased.

Please refer to the End User License Agreement for full details.

It is recommended that software is initially run at the native screen resolution with display scaling set to 100%. If the buttons and menus are too small, the display scaling and resolution can be adjusted accordingly.

Our software automatically generates a log file within the results output directory. If there were any errors during the design run, they will be listed in the log file.

The output options depend upon the software edition purchased. Please refer to the edition comparison table that can be found on each individual product page.

The User Manual, accessed from the “Help” menu within the software, includes a page entitled “Common Errors” within the Troubleshooting section.

Dynamico Systems’ software does not perform any structural analysis. Our software focuses on automating the structural design of completed project analyses.

File recovery due to a software crash is a thing of the past. If our software crashes, simply delete the directory for the last software run, then reload your input files and your design will be completed again in minutes. No need to worry.

Prior to installing a software update, it is recommended that the existing version on your system is uninstalled. To do this, please launch the Dynamico Maintenance Tool from the installation directory of the software (note that administrative rights may be required).

Unlike typical design software, our software takes minutes to run. The input files created by you are already saved on your system, and the output files are automatically saved in an output directory.

You never need to perform a ‘save’.

Thorough guidance on how to create the input files is provided in the User Manual which can be accessed from the “Help” menu of the software.

The output files are saved in a newly created directory named 'date_time_module_Results' located in the same directory as the Forces Data File.

Data can be exported from your analysis software either manually, or through one of our Bolt-Ons.

For new users, we highly recommend that the input files are created manually. This will help you to establish an understanding of the data from your analysis model, along with our software output data. This will enable you to use the software output data for post-processing, validation, or when examining the results in more detail.

Once you are familiar with the format of the input files and how to extract the data from your analysis model, the Dynamico Bolt-Ons become invaluable tools to significantly speed up the process.
